Team Strongbones have been super busy participating in this year’s At Home Winter Wonderwheels!
As its cold, wet and windy outside, amd most of our young people are shielding, I came up with sensory challenges that our superheroes could complete instead of physically clocking up the kilometers outdoors. I came up with 5 sensory challenges, these were –
1. BUBBLE POP CHALLENGE
2. DESIGN YOURSELF AS A SUPERHERO
3. COLOUR IN MY SUPERHERO DESIGN
4. JUMP FOR THE STARS
5. DO A CELEBRATION DANCE
Team Strongbones managed to clock up 5,641km ‘Around the World’, this put our Celebrity Team Captain, Alex Brooker, confidently in first place! Superheroes Series loved my sensory ideas so much that they are rolling this out into every event in the future! I am so happy that we are creating a more inclusive world!
