Hey frends, I’m back from Spain and I had a good holiday. I’ve done a vlog for you all to watch but I thaught I’d do a bit of writing to go whith it.
On Saturday 20th April I went to East Midlands Airport to fly to Alicante for my jollies. It was pretty easy at the airport, not perfect but I was able to get on the plane with the help of the ambilift. Mum and Dad got me settled and comfy in my seat then we set off to Spain. The flight was ok but when we was landing the plane was skidding side to side because of the weather it wasn’t very nice. I got off the plane ok, the ambilift was waiting for me which was good because normally I have to wait for it to come but it was already there waiting for me to get off. I got off the plane fine but it was raining when we got off, we had assistance that helped us threw the airport whith our luggage and took us all the way outside but when mum spoke to the taxi man he was on the upper floor so we had to go back inside and up the lift once we found it, then found costa coffee which was outside then we met the man called Aaron. We all got in the vehicle and headed to the villa!
Aaron took us to our villa in Quesada, he told us things we could do near the resort like mini golf, a bowling alley, fish and chip shop and a bunch of other things like different cuisine restaurants, a market that was nearby and then all about the villa. My favret thing about the villa was the jacuzzi, it was huge and really deep. I managed to use the jacuzzi just once because of the weather, it was shocking. Rain, rain and more rain!
We needed to venture out into the rain to go to Merci Dona to get supplies, like food and drinks. We went straght back to the villa and went over a bit bump to get back to the villa and we went to a Chinese for dinner.
We went to an outlet on Monday but we didn’t realise it was shut because it was bank holiday so we went into Alicante and that was shut too. We then tried La Zenea bulivard which was like a outside shopping centre which was open. We parked the vehicle underneath and went up the travellater then we went for something to eat and then went to a few shops. After that we went to the Alcampo supermarket to get some meat but they didn’t have any so we went to Carrefour exploring in Toravejeca then had a bbq for dinner back at the villa.
We went to lots of other places while was was abroad, we went to Benidorm and Santa Pola.
I really like Benidorm, it had stopped raining and the su was shining, I went on the beach and enjoyed chocolate dessert on the sea front. We wandered up and down the front of Benidorm and I really enjoyed it, it wasn’t too busy so I could see loads.
Santa Pola was really good but it didn’t have lots of shops, we couldn’t find anywhere to get anything to eat or drink for a while until we came across a café and I had a nice Oreo milkshake with cream on. We went for a wandered across the seafront then headed back to the vehicle where we saw a boat on display. We headed back to the villa after that then out for dinner to an Indian restaurant which was lovely, called the Bombay Grill.
On the last day I went in the jacuzzi whith Dad (which mum posted on Facebook if you want to see it). Then wen I got out the hot tub we went to Quasada town just for a wander before heading back to the villa to do my amazing vlog (please watch it!) then we went to Laurels Mediterranean restaurant but I couldn’t get inside because the lift was tiny so we went to a different restaurant called The Olive Tree. The Olive Tree was like a café that was changed into a restaurant at night, it was a lovely little café/restaurant but the food took forever to come but when it come it was worth it, the food was good. Then we went back to the villa to go back to bed.
Aaron arrived the next morning to take us back to the airport to fly home. Again it was pretty easy getting thrugh the airport and the ambilift was there to put me on my plane to bring me home. The flight home was good, not really turbulent and I had no dramas getting off the plane or getting home, thank goodness!
I really enjoyed my holidays whith my family and would definitely recommend the villa. If you watch my vlog, you will see how accessible it was, we had a private pool, private jacuzzi, our own outdoor kitchen area whith barbecue pit and outdoor pool table. It was great!
If you’d like any more information about the villa, feel free to contact me via email and I can send you the details, this the link for where we booked the villa.

Love Myles xxx
Ah love it Myles shame about the weather but sounds like you had fun anyway!! One question for you was the transport to and from the airport arranged with the booking of the villa? And would they be able to transport 2 wheelchairs or is it only for 1?
Heya, yes they had 2 wheelchair accessible vehicles, you would have to contact him directly to get a price and see if they are available. Let me know if there’s anything else you would like to know.
